The real estate market is Spokane has changed gears once again. About one year ago it was a sellers market. People were making hundreds of thousands on their houses they were listing. Houses were only on the market for a few days before being bought. Buyers were paying top premium for houses that six months ago would have cost $150,000 less. Now the trend has started to change gears once again. The selling price of a house is still high, but the dramatic increase is not seen like it was a year ago. More houses are being listed and the time they are on the market is increasing.
