Would you choose a warm and sunny environment or a cold and chilly environment for a drug treatment center? My first choice if I were entering a drug treatment center would be a warm and sunny enviroment. I think a location like the Hawaiian Islands or a tropical environment would be ideal. The sun cheers me up. When the climate is sunny and warm it invigorates me and makes me feel like conquering the world. When experiencing the warm climate benefits, I enter and successfully complete a drug treatment program.
