The real estate market in Spokane was a buyers market when purchased our house nine years ago. Builders were producing houses in great numbers and the purchase price listed was in favor of the buyer. That is not the trend nine years later. Homes and developments are being produced in every part of Spokane, but at the builders advantage. Homes that were once priced in the mid $100,000 range, are now in the mid to high range of the $300,000.
