I know it sounds silly, but almost all of us consumers pay a store in order to walk into their doors and purchase their merchandise. I have calcuated the amount of money that I spend on my membership card each year compared to the money that I save in groceries, entertainment, and electronics. Some months it is a toss up, but the months that I use their photo department and optical department the savings is substantial.
