A luxurious place to stay is a condo hotel. The upgrades and extras that a condo hotel has versus a hotel is worth the extra money that you pay. The rooms are luxurious and the condo hotel is located in a very popular part of town. Another nice thing about a condo hotel is renting out your room when you are not staying there. We use are condo hotel as our second home. There are certain weeks that we rent it out to subsidize the monthly payment we have. This makes owning a hotel condo even more lucrative.
