Are mail boxes a thing of the past? It seems that mail boxes are not the common place for the mailman to deliver your mail to everyday. Now it seems like that with all of the new developments rising up from construction, that mail boxes have been replaced with a shared mail unit that holds numerous boxes that each resident has a key to get his or her mail out of. Gone is the silver metal box with the red flag indicating that there is mail for the mailman to collect. Now there is the shared mail unit that has the drop box located within the unit that collects out going mail.
