When we were buying our first house, our realtor was a huge help. Being that this was our first home, we came into looking at houses with an amateur eye. Our realtor was the professional that we needed to help us with this first purchase. She not only provided support and knowledge, but also friendship and built a bond of trust between us. We purchased a home that we paid below market value. This was only accomplished because our realtor believed in us and was committed to finding us a home that met and went beyond our expectations.
